Water Quality Management Plan Amendment Public Notices in the New Jersey Register (March 29, 2022)

Preliminary Notices are available on the Department’s website at https://www.nj.gov/dep/wqmp/wmpnotices.html. Proposed amendments are organized below by WQM planning area.

Tri-County WQM Plan:

The Department is also publishing a Notice in the April 4, 2022 New Jersey Register (NJR) to extend the comment period and announce a public hearing for a previously proposed Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan amendment to the Sussex County WQM Plan.

This is to inform you that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is publishing Adoption Notices in the April 4, 2022 New Jersey Register (NJR) for the following WQM plan amendments. Adoption Notices are available on the Department’s website at  https://www.nj.gov/dep/wqmp/wmpadopted.html and are organized by WQM planning area and the effective date of the adoption (year, month, day), as shown below:

Monmouth County WQM Plan:
20220304 – Views at Monmouth Manor, Howell Township, Monmouth County

Ocean County WQM Plan:
20220304 – Views at Monmouth Manor, Howell Township, Monmouth County

Sussex WQM Plan WQM Plan:
20220225– Roxbury Warehouse, Roxbury Township, Morris County   

Tri-County WQM Plan:
20220304 – Crown Point Road Warehouse, West Deptford Township, Gloucester County
