All the leaves are gone and the sky is gray...Trees: Bare Bones, Bark, and Branches at High Point State Park. Register your family -- with kids ages 5 to 12 and come get down to basics and explore some of the shapes, textures, and parts of trees then make a craft to take home! Then, using sticks we collect, we’ll make a colorful craft using yarn to wrap and decorate the sticks. Older children might want to try wrapping smaller sticks or twigs with embroidery floss to make pendants or other smaller decorative items. Registration is required along with a fee of $5 per family.
