An incredible amount of trash makes its way into our local waterways each year and Ida increased that amount exponentially. Dedicated volunteers will be helping to ensure clean Lambertville creeks for recreation and wildlife!
Filling out this form will help Creek Cleanup organizers coordinate volunteers and send updated information about the day's activities. Please look for an email the week before the clean-up for instructions and check-in information.
We have two volunteer age levels for Creek Cleanup volunteers:
- For the ELY CREEK Cleanup, all ages are welcome, with a responsible adult to accompany all volunteers under the age of 12. All participants will be required to submit a signed waiver, which is available by CLICKING HERE, printing and completing the form, and bringing it with you to the event. Parents must sign waivers for all minors. Waivers will also be available onsite the day of the Cleanup for adults and accompanied children.
- For SWAN & ALEXAUKEN CREEKS, you must be at least 18 years of age and are required to submit a signed waiver, which is available by CLICKING HERE, printing and completing the form, and bringing it with you to the event (or available onsite the day of the Creek Cleanup).
Please be prepared by wearing sturdy boots (preferably waterproof), gloves and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Bring your water bottle as well! Work gloves and trash bags will be provided by the City of Lambertville onsite.
