Description
The Musconetcong Watershed Association (MWA) is a nonprofit organization formed in 1991 to protect and enhance the Musconetcong River and its related resources through educational programs, scientific research and restoration projects. The MWA region spans the 157-square-mile Musconetcong River Watershed, which includes portions of four counties and all or portions of 26 municipalities.
The MWA is listed among New Jersey Watershed Organizations by the NJ Water Resources Research Institute and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection.
