The Lawrence Brook Watershed Partnership was  founded in 1997 to provide a unifying environmental force for the central New  Jersey towns of North Brunswick, South Brunswick, East Brunswick, the  Borough of Milltown, and the City of New Brunswick, all of which have land  within the 48-square-mile Lawrence Brook Watershed.
