Description

The Center for Environmental Prediction serves as an incubator for research and education in regional and global environmental prediction. The major activity of CEP currently focuses on the development of the Ocean-Land-Atmosphere Model (OLAM), a numerical model capable of simulating interactions between regional and global environmental processes. Additional activities of CEP include extreme weather forecasting, and air and water pollution applications.
