Description

Approximately 34 miles long, the Delaware River Scenic Byway Passes through Trenton, New Jersey’s capital and five riverside towns: Titusville, Lambertville, Stockton, Raven Rock and Frenchtown. Known for its became a nationally designated Scenic Byway in 2009, it is known for its Revolutionary War history, museums, and art galleries. Spectacular views attract hikers, birders, fisherman, photographers and artists along the Federally protected Wild and Scenic section of the Delaware River running parallel to the Byway. This byway offers ample opportunities for biking, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking, birding, and fishing.
