Dates: February 19 & 21, 2022 starting @ 10:00 a.m. The February Festivities include the following:
- 10:00 a.m. Wildlife in Winter Walk: listen for birds, search for tracks, and look for animal homes & hideouts
- 11:30 a.m. The Journey of Sap to Syrup: learn how maple syrup is made from the sap of a sugar maple tree
- 2:00 p.m. Winter Walk Scavenger Hunt: investigate the winter woods for buck rubs, bird nests, & berries
Weather permitting, this event shall be held outdoors. Refreshments will be served.
Pre-registration required at ucnj.org/trailside. Cost is $5.00 for Union County Resident and $6.00 for Non-County Resident
