Be an Island Explorer on July 26th!

If you like exploring the outdoors, learning about animals, and investigating the ecosystem, then you’re an Island Explorer! Join us for 2 hours of catching fish, spying on birds, or learning about turtles, and more. A different topic is explored each week. Drop off your child for 2 hours of fun!

Lesson Topic: Mollusks

  •  Ages 6 to 12 yrs.
  • Park Admission fees apply and are payable on the day of the program as you enter the Park at the Main Gate.
  • Participants should arrive at the Nature Center (7 miles into the Park) 15 minutes before the start of the program.
  • The program will run rain or shine! Please prepare for the weather. In severe weather, if the Park cancels the program, you will be notified, and you will receive a full refund. If the registered participant cancels for any reason, the fee is not refundable.
  • Bring insect repellent, sunscreen, drinking water.
